The v2.0 Kissa’s now feature microfiber soakers instead of cotton terry. Since the soaker is hidden, you will not feel or see any difference in the soaker, except the marked increase in absorbency.

Kissaluvs for Newborns (Size 0)
Kissaluvs made up the majority of my newborn stash. They make the perfect newborn diaper, fitting well even when most small diapers still overwhelm a newborn. The stretchy cotton fleece and extended snap/rise options also mean the diapers fit longer than many small diapers.
