Economy orders
are shipped via USPS 1st Class, Parcel Post or FedEx Ground, depending
on weight. Shipping is anywhere from 2-10 business days.
Priority orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Shipping times are 1-3 business days. Please note: Detergent, Prefolds and Gro Baby BioSoakers cannot be shipped via Priority
Express Overnight shipping
is available. Actual shipping charges billed at time of shipment. Email
me for a price quote. Orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail and will
arrive the next day, not including processing time. Hawaii , Alaska & International Orders: Actual shipping charges will be invoiced separately. Your order will ship upon payment of invoice. Thank you.
What forms of payment do you accept?Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal Should I purchase Insurance?
Insurance is highly recommended. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. What if I need to cancel or change my order after it is placed?Most
orders are processed and shipped with 24 hours, so we may not always be
able to change or your order after it has been placed. Please contact
us as soon as possible. Order cancellations incur a 5% restocking fee. Do you charge sales tax?Orders
shipped within California will be taxed 7.375% for state tax. All other
states will not be charges sales tax, Yes, I hate tax as much as you
but I've got to keep Uncle Sam happy.
How soon will I receive my order?Most
orders ship within 1-2 business days. (Saturday & Sunday are not
business days.) Shipping times vary depending on the method chosen at
checkout. Most orders arrive within 2-7 days. **Orders paid for with
paypal eChecks are shipped when the eCheck clears, which is 7-10
business days**
A note about my inventory:
I run my store on
an in-stock basis only. Occasionally my cart will oversell an item
(especially if there is only 1 left of a particular item). If this
occurs, I will have the item shipped directly to you from the supplier.
Shipping may take a few extra days and you will be notified of this. If
there is an item you don't see here or a size is sold out please let me
know and I will do my best to get it for you. Thank you!
Will I be able to track my order?You can check on the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account. This will tell you the date your order was shipped.
You will receive a shipping notice
from Banana Peels Diapers when your order is shipped. This will include a
link to your delivery confirmation number. Delivery confirmation is not
tracking, and only shows your shipping label was prepared and the date
and zip code to which it was delivered. I cannot track your order
through delivery confirmation only.
Many times shipping notices
are delivered to your spam box. If you don't receive a shipment email,
check your spam box or let me know and I'll resend it.
Do you accept returns?We
strive for your complete satisfaction! I want you to to be thrilled
when your fluffy mail arrives. We are more than happy to work with you
to resolve any issues or concerns you may have. Just shoot us an email.
We will gladly accept returns of unwashed/ unused diapers within 30 days. Please note: - All items must be brand new, unused, and unwashed. All packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase or an invoice/packing slip copy must be included in your return package
- Due to the nature of the product, we absolutely cannot
refund/exchange items that have been used and/or washed.
- All refunds will be deducted actual shipping charges.

Store credit will be given for the purchase amount minus my actual shipping cost to ship the item to you.

Exchanges:
We are no longer able to do exchanges due to constant inventory
fluctuations. Please choose to receive a store credit for your returned
items. You may then place an order for the items you desire. This
process will ensure you receive your items in a timely manner.

Customer is responsible for postage to
return the item(s). We will reimburse postage only if we sent an
incorrect item other than what was ordered.

What if I received a free item with my purchase? If
you received a free item with your order (i.e. a free wetbag with
purchase) and you wish to return items in your order, the retail price
of the free item will be deducted from your refund if you wish to keep
the free gift.
What should I do if an item I received is defective?Most
manufacturers prefer to handle defects directly. If the brand is not
listed below please contact me and I will assist you through the
process.

What shipping carriers do you use?Most orders
are shipped via USPS or FedEx. The Tres Tria, and heavier orders are
shipped via UPS. I am willing to use different carriers upon request.
Is Express Shipping available?Yes, Express shipping is available. Please see the chart above for pricing.
Do you accept international orders?We
ship worldwide! When you check out via the website you will not be
charged shipping if you are outside the US. Once your order is received
shipping charges will be assessed based on your location and you will be
invoiced for the extra amount through Paypal. Orders will be shipped
upon payment of shipping invoice. Shipping is based on weight. We ship
via USPS Global Priority Mail and International 1st class. Shipping
insurance is included for Global Express and Priority Mail at no
additional charge. I am not responsible for lost/ damaged orders shipped
via USPS 1st Class International. If you have questions about
