We will gladly accept returns of unwashed/ unused diapers within 30 days.

Please note:

All items must be brand new, unused, and unwashed. All packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase or an invoice/packing slip copy must be included in your return package
Due to the nature of the product, we absolutely cannot refund/exchange items that have been used and/or washed.
All refunds will be deducted actual shipping charges if free shipping was applied to your order.
Store credit will be given for the purchase amount minus my actual shipping cost to ship the item to you.
Exchanges: We are no longer able to do exchanges due to constant inventory fluctuations. Please choose to receive a store credit for your returned items. You may then place an order for the items you desire. This process will ensure you receive your items in a timely manner.
Customer is responsible for postage to return the item(s). We will reimburse postage only if we sent an incorrect item other than what was ordered.
